The middle years are a wonderful time for exploration – for young people to try new experiences and to find and further their interests and talents. Whether its athletics or music, clubs or community service, or some combination of these, please encourage your children to participate in one or more of Monterey’s many special activities.  Their participation in these activities will contribute a great deal to the richness of their middle school experience.
